QraftVista / Terms & handoff
Terms & handoff
Effective October 10, 2026.
QraftVista is a California sole proprietorship, not an LLC or corporation. Contact qraftvista@gmail.com about these terms or a project.
Free preview. No obligation.
A free preview is a design concept for evaluation, not a finished website or a promise to complete work without payment. Requesting or reviewing a preview creates no purchase obligation. Unpurchased concepts remain QraftVista’s work and may not be published or reused without permission.
Your website: $699, paid once
The advertised package is $699 USD for up to five pages, including the design, responsive layouts, foundational on-page SEO, standard contact options, launch assistance, and source-file handoff described on our website. Domain registration and renewal, paid hosting plans, subscriptions, and third-party charges are separate. Additional pages, custom applications, e-commerce, ongoing SEO, and other work outside the package require a separate quote and your written approval. We do not add optional work or fees without that approval.
Before paid work begins
We will provide a written project agreement identifying the contracting proprietor, included pages and features, revision allowance, payment schedule, estimated timeline, review and acceptance process, and cancellation and refund terms. You must expressly accept that agreement before paid work starts. Merely visiting this website or requesting a preview does not accept paid-service terms or a liability limit. A separately accepted project agreement controls if it conflicts with this page. Changes to this page do not retroactively alter an existing project agreement.
Your content and approvals
You are responsible for providing accurate business details and material you own or have permission to use, including logos, photographs, reviews, and claims about your services. Please check all pages, links, contact details, forms, and business claims before approving launch. You are responsible for the legal requirements of your business and its website, including any required licenses, disclosures, privacy notices, accessibility obligations, and customer consents. We design with attention to accessibility but do not provide legal advice, legal certification, or a guarantee of compliance with every law or standard.
Ownership and handoff
After payment in full, you receive the completed project’s custom website files and the rights to that custom work described in your project agreement. Third-party assets, fonts, libraries, and services remain subject to their own licenses; pre-existing tools are not transferred as exclusive property. We help place the site in accounts you control and provide the agreed source files and configuration information. You retain ownership and control of your domain, repository, hosting accounts, and credentials. Keep your own copies and recovery access.
A one-time build and handoff
The package does not include ongoing hosting management, monitoring, backups, security maintenance, updates, uptime support, SEO campaigns, or form-delivery monitoring after the agreed handoff. After handoff, you manage account access, renewals, backups, content changes, third-party settings, and service limits, or hire someone to do so. Any agreed outstanding delivery work remains governed by your project agreement; handoff does not waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
Later updates may be arranged separately at $40 per 30 minutes, with a 30-minute minimum and additional time in 30-minute increments. Larger changes require a separate quote. Availability and timing must be agreed; there is no automatic support commitment.
Hosting, forms, and outside services
Our standard setup uses GitHub and Cloudflare accounts you control, with a free hosting plan where suitable. Free plans have limits and third-party providers can change features, prices, or availability. Domain renewal is separate. Forms, email delivery, and other integrations may stop working because of spam filtering, quotas, account changes, outages, or provider policy changes. You are responsible for checking operation after handoff and approving any paid upgrades. QraftVista does not promise permanent free hosting or uninterrupted third-party service.
Results and limitations
We do not guarantee search rankings, inclusion in AI answers, traffic, inquiries, revenue, or business results. To the extent permitted by law and subject to the accepted project agreement, we disclaim implied warranties not required by law, exclude indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or business interruption, and limit aggregate project-related liability to the fees you paid QraftVista for that project. These provisions apply only when expressly incorporated into a project agreement you accept. They do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, violations of law, or any liability or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Questions and disputes
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. California law governs an accepted project agreement, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise. These terms do not require arbitration or waive access to small claims court. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
