This policy explains how QraftVista, a California sole proprietorship, handles information through this website, preview requests, and related inquiries. Contact qraftvista@gmail.com with questions.

Information we collect

When you request a preview or email us, we receive the details you provide: business name, your name, email address, business type, city and state, and optional phone number, website address, and message. Related correspondence may include project details and files you send. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or passwords through the form.

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, request metadata, and spam-check signals. Our application does not intentionally log form contents or spam-check tokens and does not create a separate customer database.

How we use and disclose information

We use inquiry information to respond, prepare a requested preview, discuss or deliver a project, maintain relevant business records, and protect the website from misuse. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use inquiries for automated marketing subscriptions.

Cloudflare processes website traffic, spam checks through Turnstile, and form delivery. Submissions are emailed to qraftvista@gmail.com, where Google processes and stores the message. GitHub stores website source code; inquiry submissions are not intentionally committed to the repository. Providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.

Cookies, tracking, and browser signals

We do not install advertising or analytics tracking or store form entries in your browser. Cloudflare security services may use technical storage or identifiers to protect the site. We do not track visitors across unrelated websites for advertising, and do not enable third parties to do so through advertising tools on this site. We do not change our website behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal. We do not sell or share information for advertising regardless of whether a Global Privacy Control signal is enabled.

Retention and security

Inquiry emails remain in our business mailbox until deleted. We may retain correspondence and project records while needed for a project, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Provider logs, deleted-mail retention, and backups follow their own retention practices. We use access controls and provider security features, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Access, corrections, and deletion

Email qraftvista@gmail.com to ask what inquiry information we hold, correct it, or request deletion. Please identify the email address used for your inquiry; we may need to verify the request before disclosing or changing records. We will respond subject to applicable law and may retain records needed for legal obligations or an unresolved project or dispute. Please do not send identity documents unless we specifically arrange a suitable method.

Other websites and children

Portfolio links lead to independent websites with their own privacy practices. Our services are intended for business owners and adult representatives, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can address it.

Changes to this policy

We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a materially different use of previously collected information.
